The religious affairs correspondent for The Times Ruth Gledhill told the BBC that this (5 Anglican Bishops leaving the CofE to join the Roman Catholic Church over Women Bishops) announcement could prompt “hundreds, possibly thousands” of lay ministers (and consequently other members of their congregations) to follow the bishops’ example. If this were to happen, this could well be an important turning point in British Christian history.

Can't see it myself, there was a lot of fuss when Women were first allowed to take up their calling to ordination and there was no great "reformation" - sure some will feel more comfortable for a time under Rome, but I personally don't think this issue is going to bring about the cataclysmic change in the Religious landscape (there are other things far more likely to do that!)
