I'm getting so excited about Greenbelt :) the line up is really shaping up... alongside 'Coldcut' there will be 'Logistics' - described as
heart-wrenching electro disco-soul drum & bass. He moves from euphoric to melancholic in the shift of a chord: Daft Punk meets Leftfield meets Calibre in this deep and deadly soundclash.along with his brother, Nu-Tone who has mixed Quantic and Alice Russell... Mercury nominated and MOBO winning Hip-Hop Jazz saxophonist Soweto Kinch... Duke Special... Rosie Thomas... and Billy Bragg - who was well worth seeing a couple of years back when he played... along with Chas and Dave (strange but will no doubt be a laugh) and Delirious? (not my cup of tea, but there you go, many will love them I'm sure!) it promises to have many "musical moments"!
Speakers wise... I'm hoping to catch Jorella Andrews, lecturer in visual cultures at Goldsmiths University... Keith Ward, who has written about Religion and Community and Becky Garrison, editor of The Wittenburg Door
Other things I'm looking forward to are the ever inspiring art of Jake Lever... the whole Worship thing (we will be doing a couple of slots including 7pm on Monday night (call in on your way to mainstage!) in The New Forms Cafe) where will it go this year???... and so many folk from all over the world to share an Organic Beer with... Cheryl Lawrie and crew from Aus, some of the HoustonTexans, Shane Tucker and a posse from Ireland, plus many many friends from the UK inc the growing "Emerging Church Leaders and Communities" network... There will be an expanded Telford village too!

Well, I suppose you never know Mike... Bible belters and all that! But, no the Texans I'm referring to are some of the Wellspring community... don't quite know who will be coming yet though.
