Maybe you are getting sick of media posts... I kinda am... but as this is a journal I need to mention that Midland Today are filming a piece tommorrow... so if you are in the West Midlans or have Sky it should be on during the regional news segment either after lunch or more probably in the evening... I'll let you know tommorrow... David Lavender - Dean of Telford Ecumenical Christian Council should be on it too. This will be my first real TV moment(apart from playing in Reading Prison for a Songs of Praise service!) so it will give us a taster, maybe help with making a decision over the bigger TV thing. Hopefully I can start talking Mission again soon... and maybe find some time to delve into the big pile of books I have waiting!
The planning for the MBS celebration on the 9th is going well... I plan to base the prayer stations on John 4... I'm hoping Steve Hollinghurst will allow me to go and see what they do at Manchester the week before. I have ordered 15 copies of each of Bruce Stanleys card sets (Jonny has them as a worship trick) I bought a set of each at Greenbelt and I have to say the look good... I look forward to the larger packs arriving... Have a look!
